A bottom- up locally driven effort to leverage best practices, models, existing resources, to empower and assist communities to address challenges and build on existing opportunities.

4. Community Huddles with Beatty Team Members

These workshops will focus on matching community challenges with well vetted and workable solutions.

5. Beatty Team Analysis and Recomendations

A workable realistic game plan to achieve results and success.

6. Implementation of Community Game Plan to Overcome Challenges

Ongoing efforts to bring a robust return on investment of time and resources.
