The Broadband ReConnect Program furnishes loans and grants to provide funds for the costs of construction, improvement, or acquisition of facilities and equipment needed to provide broadband service in eligible rural areas. The application window for the second round of funding closed on April 15, 2020, and applications are currently under review. Follow one of the links below to learn more about the program.
The ARC is supporting 11 projects in Georgia totaling nearly $3.2 million in fiscal year 2020. These investments have been matched by nearly $4.6 million and are attracting an additional $43 million in leveraged private investments in Georgia. The Housing Tax Credit Program allocates federal and state tax credits to owners of qualified rental properties who reserve all or a portion of their units for occupancy for low income tenants.
